Inventory Management
Just because you did lots of work for the week, don't write everything in the same weeks status report, save something for the next week. If you write everything, ofcourse you will be praised, but your manager expects the same amount of work next week too. Thats why he is a manager.

Quantity over Quality
Rather than what/how you did the whole week, the number of lines in the "Accomplishments for the week" column matters. Say, instead of writing "Implemented and tested feature X" split it to as many lines you can. Analyzed X, Coded X, Wrote test cases for X, Unit tested X, Reviewed X and so on.

Avoid 7.5
Never write "Yet to be decided" in "Plans for Next week" column. That is like putting saniyan inside the baniyan(courtesy: Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal). You will be given all the junk work for the rest of the week.

All in vain
Managers always think different. Whatever you write in the weekly Status report is not gonna change his opinion on you. If he has a aapu ready for you, he will deliver it to you in some form or the other.

Watched Kuselan too. The only disappointment in otherwise a perfect weekend. Definitely, i would not recommend this movie for anyone. No more comments.

I write : when i am jobless.
I win : lot of silly arguments
I lose : my cool very often to selective set of persons. I see a pattern, though.
I never : tease/tempt/fool/play someone who is already pissed off. me never vel paachify in boiled wound.
I always : ... sorry, i am not consistent in any thing.
I confuse : ppl when i wanna explain a simple straight forward thing.
I listen : not others advise if its about something i very badly need.
I can usually be found : in recreation room after 6 pm. (irrespective of the employer.)
I’m scared : of working weekend
I need : waking pills to wake me up in the morning till the winter is over. Alarm is a no-brainer as long as snooze button is there.
I imagine : myself retiring at the age of 40 having earned enough.
I am happy about : what i am.

3 guys go in search of a treasure. A 3 hour movie is made out of this one line story and the movie rarely drags. The screenplay was so gripping that i watched the whole movie without a break. The introduction of all the 3 characters deserves some praise. The background music in those scenes were out of the world.

The bad, has the best introduction but his role is very short and least interesting of the 3.

The ugly, he is my favorite. Man, he utters too many one liners.. My favorite one, "When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk."

The good, he is stylish, talks less, smokes a lot and as always gets the better of other 2 as every hero does.

There are lot of movies made in tamil, english with the same theme. I bet you, non of those can hold a candle to this movie. If remade in tamil with good=Arya, bad=Maddy and ugly=surya or his brother, it would do wonders at the box-office.

Sun TV was playing Virumaandi today. I saw the movie after a long time. Suppose to be one of Kamal's best work. Movies directed by him brings the best out of him than the ones ghost-directed by him. I wish he quits acting sooner than later and become a full fledged director. Imagine Kamal scripts and directs a Rajinikanth movie. That would be the day. I know i sound greedy.

Mendis, you can show some mercy on indian players. Sachin, you can play better.
